Shipping & Returns
I am unable to accept returns due to the nature of this handmade, made-to-order product. If you are a new customer, please measure first! I also recommend not ordering more than one or two items in your initial order to determine which size is the best fit. However, if an error was made by me, I will refund the items affected including shipping.
I process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days and ship Monday-Friday via USPS First Class Package Services. A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and shipping, so I do not offer partial refunds for shipping overages. Once your package is scanned “Accepted” by USPS, they have assumed responsibility for your items.
Shipping in the USA
First Class packages are usually delivered in 3-5 business days, and Priority Mail in 2-3 business days (from the ship date). Every once in a while a package is delayed for delivery, or unfortunately lost. If you have paid for Priority Mail shipping, please understand the Post Office does NOT guarantee 2-3 business day delivery and cannot provide refunds if your package is delayed.
Your shipping address must be in English. Please include both first and last name, and phone number. Tracking will show your package as it is accepted and it leaves the United States, but not all countries will update tracking when it arrives. International orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. If you have not gotten it in a timely manner, please contact your local post office first.
Customs labels are marked with an Medical Implant Accessory Tariff (9021.90) that may reduce the tariff rate in your country. Customers are responsible for paying taxes/VAT/duty fees that are imposed by their country of origin. Some countries (such as the UK) waive fees for disabled individuals who purchase products for their disability. If you have special instructions for the customs label, please include it with your order upon checkout.
